I broke the LCD screen on my mobile phone on two separate occasions. The first company I chose to do the repair took three weeks before the phone was returned to me. The second time I decided to give Quick Mobile Fix a go, and was amazed when the phone was returned to me perfectly repaired like new within four days. I strongly recommend them to anyone with phone repair issues, and they are reasonably priced.

Purchased an iPhone 6 from Quick Mobile Fix. The phone arrived around two weeks after payment.
The phone is Grade A - cosmetically sound with no signs of wear or tear.
Initially I was very pleased. However over the next couple of weeks I began to notice that it wasn't functioning as fast as my previous iPhone that was two years old I.e. Text boxes opening super slow, long delay in apps opening, Spotify playing on it's on accord and Apple Pay malfunctioning after previously working.
I contacted Quick Mobile Fix and received a reply after three days, this was after contacting them again further.
Quick Mobile Fix then proceeded to give a list of fundamental trouble shooting options. However, I tried the options again but to no avail.
I am still communicating with then to resolve the issue.
Once Quick Mobile Fix realised one of their customers wasn't satisfied with their product their communications were more efficient.

This company is very busy/ proactive about any TRUTHFUL NEGATIVE reviews and deleting them!!!. Which shows that they do read reviews and that there is actually a person in this company, not just a computer churning out empty promises of refunds! What a pity they arent as proactive with their customer service. They way they operate is shameful. They dont care who they rip off, pensioners, unemployed, NHS workers, children for their Christmas presents even!! 6 months later and no phone, no refund and no service. These people are of bad character, utterly dishonest and parasitic, living off honest peoples hard earned wages.

Over 3 weeks and no phone. I've now been given three alleged dates they'll dispatch the phones - one when I ordered, one when I complained, and another today when I tried to cancel. The reality is they either have the phone I wanted in stock or they don't - if they do, it simply doesn't take over 3 weeks to dispatch it. Tried to ring them to complain, the phone lines just ring out. Sent messages using their internal website making my dissatisfaction quite clear and asking for confirmation they'd dispatch the phone that day or a refund - got neither - just a "It'll be dispatched in 1-3 working days" completely ignoring what I'd asked for. Posted on their Facebook page - no reply. Messaged them on their facebook page. Took them 3 days to respond and when they finally did there was no apology for the terrible service, just another "It'll be dispatched in 1-3 working days" - avoid like the plague if you want to actually get what you've paid for. The products look cheap but it's a complete scam.
Your company has done a great job to my broken screen on my phone but now it's hard for people to to hear me when I am talking to them on my phone and when I'm using my phone I get a blue light on it that flickers and my phone switches the phone off

Very poor customer service. Ordered a phone a month before my daughters birthday and was told it would arrive in 7 days.
After 7 days I emailed them asking where my order was only to be told they were waiting for the phone to arrive in stock and will send it out once it arrives.
Decided to email them with a different email address, enquiring about the same phone and asked if it was In stock....surprise surprise, it WAS in stock and they could send it out to me within 7 days.

A dreadful company. I had ordered a Samsung S7 almost 3 weeks ago, received it last week on a Monday, worked fine for about 5 minutes until the phone died as it ran out of battery, tried to turn it on again when plugged into wall, it wouldn't start and came up with little red text that said "Custom Binary FPR lock" so we rang up the company, they then tried to blame us for the incident. We then sent it back to them last week on the Tuesday and they said it will be with us in the next week. Well it is the next week and still hadn't received the phone so rang them up, they said that they have lost the package that i sent back, i told them that i posted it on Tuesday and that they should look for my details. They then found it and said that it should be delivered by Friday 22nd
I have ordered 3 phones from this website. I have had problems with all of them. I feel that they are deigned to fail. My first purchase was a iPhone 6 and it was a very good price. It was good for the first week and a half and then at the bottom of the screen appeared lines which were flickering, these came up almost half of the screen. This kept appearing and only way to rid of then was to lock phone several times which is extremely annoying. I got in contact with quickmobilefix and they said they would repair. It took 3 weeks to get back to me and the problem seemed to be fixed. BUT about 2 weeks later it started again. I realised all they did was replace the screen doing nothing internally. I realised sending it again would fix nothing. 2 years later it still bugs me.
(P.S. now my power button has receded into the phone so I use assisted touch which is extremely annoying)
My 2nd purchase was a iPhone 5s for my dad which I got for him for x-mas. Given my last problem I full checked the phone ordering it 2 months early to find any problems. None existed. After a month of minimal use (only for calls and texts) the power button stops working. This was annoying but not worth it for him to loose his phone for a month. I later had to totally scrap this phone as one day out of nowhere my dad wakes up and the entire screen is just bits of broken glass. It didn t fall and want dropped it just broke.
I had to buy my dad a new phone so this time went for a iPhone SE. This phone worked well for 6 months until what I thought the WiFi antenna gave up. This was extremely annoying has my dad dosent have a data plan so relies on the internet. I sent for this to be fixed (by a high rated guy locally) and he found that it had been extremely tampered and had cables loose.
(ALL THESE PHONES WERE BROUGHT IN EXCELLENT CONDITION)
This was the last time I brought anything from quickmobilefix.
(My brother also brought a phone which had the same issue with the WIFI antenna, he sent to quickmobilefix as had warranty, it works with internet now but signal very weak and speed is half what I get with same phone.)

After waiting my 7 working days I tried to phone to see what had happened to my order. Line constantly engaged ( I presume they take it off the hook). I then sent an email which they responded to 24 hrs later saying I was going to have to wait a further 7 working days ! The email seemed to be generic as suggested by other reviewers. I have since had further none helpful responses ( again taking 24hrs).
I am now trying to cancel my order however it appears that I am going to have to wait for it to be delivered before I can then send it back for a refund. .... I am waiting my 24 hrs for the next email reply to clarify this.

Company broke fingerprint sensor when replacing screen. Small print says they don't take responsibility for any damage to touch id components so refused to fix it. Wish I'd never used the company.

Really bad experience. Arrived with a fault, sent back for repair or replacement. That was 6 weeks ago. Haven't heard anything back from them despite 4 emails spending almost an hour on their customer care chat with someone who promised to look into it 'as a matter of priority'. So still unresolved and my 10 year old who had saved up for this phone is gutted! We will not be using them again. Steer clear!
Their service is bad and their advertisements are misleading. It takes more than a week till you get your phone (I am yet to receive mine), despite the 1 day shipment claim. I'll have to pay extra to get it in 6 days instead of 9, even if initially I've been told otherwise. And customer service is a nightmare. You have to ask the same questions over and over to get an answer that is not "We are sorry you feel that way, your order is a priority for us". And the questions were pertinent, such as, 'What is the cancellation policy?'.
Wanted to see if maybe I could get a response this way ordered 2 I phones 11 days ago.. Nothing received as of yet.. No one answers phones I am getting super worried as I really am beginning to think I have lost all my savings and my 2 sons will have the most awful Xmas please respond quick mobile fix ASAP to reassure me at the very least.. When my Ipad screen cracked for the second time, I was not sure it was worth going through the hassle I had with the previous people I had sent my device off to for repair, and also because they tried to tell me I needed a new LED behind the screen which they could have done at the time, or would need doing soon after, plus although they said two weeks, it took over a month and with me constantly chasing to see what was going on!!!!
I went with my gut and decided to go with the positive reviews, I ordered my service for repair, and took my Ipad to the Post Office on the Monday - I would say that I was still anxious, but I was able to follow the process of my repair on-line and to my absolute pleasure and delight, my Ipad was delivered back to me on the Thursday fully restored and complete with a cover for it as a gift. No nonsense about what else the Ipad needed so I guess the previous company were touting for business to get me to have something else done unnecessarily!!!!
I have no hesitation in recommending QMF for a speedy and economic repair. To those few who appear to have had bad experiences with them, I probably would say that they had just been unfortunate as certainly the positive reviews far outweigh the negatives. I am glad I went with my gut feeling. :-)

I am beyond pissed off with this SCAM of a company! I ordered an iPhone 7 and it took a month to arrive and when it did arrive guess what?? The screen didn't work, it would freeze and glitch out clicking on and opening things I didn't do.
So I sent it back and asked for a different one, had to wait a month again for it to arrive and I'm not even making this up but the screen on this one didn't work either! Was even more glitchy and temperamental than the last one. So I decided to get my money back as this company is clearly a joke.

3 days later I started a dispute through paypal and they obtained a refund. So why it took 17 days to NOT dispatch a phone I dont know.
Terrible company, avoid at all costs. Sent them an iPhone for a simple repair on the 18th Dec and had an email from them on the 7th Jan asking for more money. I refused (obviously a scam) and asked them to return the fund and give me a refund. Still not had the phone returned on the 22nd Jan despite numerous emails.
I now have to call the police and report the phone stolen and raise a claim through Visa to get my money back.
Never again!

Very prompt service - ordered Wednesday evening and delivered Friday morning. Item as described, at a good price. Would be 5 stars but it is impossible to reach them by phone if you have a query. This is slightly mitigated by their responsiveness by email. They really need to sort out the phone system.
I am pleased that you gave me such a competitive price for my phone and you stuck to the original quote. However, employ more phone staff as I rang 20 times to no avail. And process your payments quicker! Once we deliver the phone we should be paid promptly! It's disconcerting. Thanks.

They took my daughters money for a phone that never turned up. Then they tell you it could be another 3 weeks for a refund.
All correspondence were the stock emails/answers to calls as stated in these negative feedbacks.
Their phone support is a joke with around an average of 1 hr to get through to someone who cant answer your questions.
Do not waste time with these. If your goods do not arrive in the stated time, go directly to your card issuer and request a charge back, as you will probably never see the money again if you trust what they email you. The longer you leave it the harder it may become to process a chargeback, which is probably why these people use delay tactics.

Dreadful customer service. Ordered on 12 July (21 working days ago) and was told I'd receive my new phone in 10 working days or less. Called up a few days ago and waited over an hour for someone to answer (48 th in the queue). I was assured that I would be emailed yesterday to say that the phone was dispatched. Nothing. Just about to chase up again but wanted to warn others before parting with cash. They offer good prices but are completely misleading with their delivery times and when you email in the check on the status of your order you just get generic emails fobbing you off. The chap I spoke to was friendly enough but hasn't kept his promise. Making genuinely concerned that I'll I will not receive my payment back I have called all this week but nothing has arrived.

1. Impossible to get through to customer service on the phone. However, good response to email.
2. c.7-10 days to send out after receiving an order seems long. It is in the FAQ but as not front and centre we thought based on most online companies having next day delivery options that it would have been quicker.

Bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S7 in April 2018. In October, it broke. Sent back for repair as it was under warranty. Not seen it since. Two months ago I ordered a refurbished iPhone for my son.
The mobile works perfectly, it was just a scratch on the side which can be easely covered under a cover.
The product arrived very quickly and I am very happy with the Quick Mobile Fix services.

Ordered and paid for phone on December 26th. After ten weeks of chasing it I was advised the phone failed their quality check. I demanded a refund and am now waiting 3 more weeks for that. Don't waste your money with this bunch of muppets..
Despite their aim of 48hrs, my phone was with them for a week and a half, their reasoning was that they needed to have the part required for my phone shipped in, I did have to email a member of support to get this information & I really think I should have been emailed about this first (-1 star). Whether this was the reason, or they're just overloaded with repairs really didn't concern me much as the phone was back with me within 24 hours of the repair log saying it had been completed, the screen is excellent and have not had any issues with the phone as of yet, so 5* for the excellent quality and shipping time after job completion.
This is one of the worst companies I have to deal with in the last 10 years. I have been waiting just under 2 months for 2 Xperia phones to be fixed. Their engineers are a joke and so is their customers service, also their prices are a bit over the top. After sending them 2 of my phones and waiting weeks non end, my Ipod touch broke, I looked else where and found a different company, by the time I posted the Ipod and received it fixed, 3 working days passed. Excellent service and delivery timescales were exactly as advised with great updates all the way through. The iPad I bought was labelled as good condition. It was in absolutely perfect condition so to me looked new. It was not in the original box but was packaged very well. No charger came with the iPad. However, they sent me one in the post a few days later.
I will certainly use them again when it s time for my next purchase.

Ordered a refurbished iPad2 for my son at xmas (who broke the last one, so I wasn't prepared to payout for another brand new one) It was delivered on time and we have had no issues with the device at all. Defo recommend this company, and will be purchasing another refurbished iPad very soon from them for my other son. Abysmal experience bought a package not dispatched promised different one which again they didn't have. Cancelled order originally from 5th May as sick of waiting and being fobbed off. Its been nearly 8 weeks and still not herd anything i have been emailing them and all i get back is account manager will get back within 48 hours. They do not have a contact number and wont give you 1 as they only deal with you online please dont buy from them there service is really poor and frustrating as you cant speak to anyone. If i could give minus they dont even deserve a star.

Overall very happy you with the order & service. Delivery of the phone was delayed due to incorrect address. I should have picked this up on the confirmation. The phone ordered was quoted as "good"" condition, when it arrived it was marked as "poor" and showed oobvious signs of being dropped and knocked. This is not a problem for me as the phone will live in a cover. The screen and the face and screen of the phone is fine. Everything else was as it should be and the phone is in good working order. Overall pretty good and I would certainly order from this company again.

Got them to fix smashed screen and broken charger port on LG G3. Professional outfit - price was fair (there are a lot higher out there, and many of the cheaper companies looked, well, 'cheap'), good comms and tracking, and phone was back to me within a week. I order an iPhone 8plus and the next day I email u to ask u to cancel my order and refund my money back , And still haven t heard anything yet , this is a very bad company Bcz they will never contact u if there is anything change with ur order very bad communication. Please don t buy anything from this side , very bad company with very poor communication with customers , don t trust this side I regret buying from here they still haven t contacted me yet I don t know where to check that what s going on with this order and it has been 2 weeks still don t know anything

My daughter has ordered a phone almost 3 weeks ago now and still not received it, they are awful at replying , I wouldn t recommend, quick my a**, if we ask for a refund it will probably take another 3 weeks, hopefully we get the phone and it s not a scam, fingers crossed

Very slick operation. I sent my Samsung Galaxy S3 in for a replacement camera module. Competitively priced, from the print your own post paid delivery label to return of the repaired 'phone was very quick, and I am very pleased with the service.
Would give zero stars if I could. I have never bothered with leaving a review but felt this one must be written as this is a fraudulent company. Do not buy from them. They will knowingly take your money when they don't have the product you bought in stock. You will also complain and call over and over to which they will only reply to if you get another party involved (they gave a vague, unhelpful reply with a fake promise my phone would be delivered after I complained through PayPal due to them ignoring my calls and emails three weeks after no information and no delivered phone.) I am in the process of escalating the matter with PayPal after they have not refunded me after two requests of this. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. DO NOT BUY.
Quick efficient service - and minimal hassle. Having decided that replacing a mini iPad screen was beyond my modest skills I wanted a postal repair service because I live in a rural area. I picked Quick Mobile Fix after reading other reviews, even though it's charges were not the lowest (still less than half of Apple's). I'm glad I did. Booking the repair was simple. One visit to the post office and the mini iPad was back in perfect working order, with an excellent quality repair three days later.
Awful. Chose the phone on 7th December and ordered. Didn't mention until after I'd ordered that it wouldn't be here until 17th December. As it's a gift for Xmas, not an issue, but still not here by 19th, so called to see where it was and spent 35 minutes on hold just to get hung up on, to then spend another 48 minutes on hold to then be hung up on. Gift for an Autistic boy, so no exaggeration to say the family Xmas would be ruined if not here, so have been forced to order a full price one direct from Apple with guaranteed next day delivery and cancel this order. Absolute shambles.
Edit; They've responded quicker to my review than they did my phone calls and emails. Still want my money back.

After giving them the benefit of the doubt, I allowed them extra time to dispatch phone after them stating it didn t pass quality checks.. only to be delayed even longer, numerous emails, this was for one of my children who had saved their money up. Other companies I have dealt with have always had phones checked prior to advertising, how can you sell a phone that hasn t already been checked? Misleading advertising. Absolutely awful, same excuses as other reviews, should not be accepting any orders on purchases and taking peoples money when they can t deliver. I don t understand how they can be trading.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I strongly advise anyone thinking of using this company. DON T

Edit- I got a response from the owner, they told me they were very sorry and a member of management would be in contact with me very soon . THAT WAS THREE DAYS AGO! Heard absolutely nothing. I even wasted 30 mins trying to contact them. Still don t have my refund. AVOID THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY.

Ordered a refurbished phone, changed my mind a day later. I cancelled it and got an email confirming that my order had been cancelled and I d receive a refund in 10-14 days. 2 days later I get an email saying sorry they couldn t cancel my order and it s being dispatched today. I refused delivery of the device and it got sent back, unopened and in the original condition they sent it in.
Called them up to sort this out and they told me they needed to receive the device before they could release any refund. But first their technicians needed to assess the phone (even though I didn t even touch it) and that would take 5-7 days. Then when it is given the all clear by the technicians it would take 10-14 days for me to receive a refund. I was not happy with this.
Not only did I have to try and call more than 20 times just to speak to someone, when I did, they didn t care and were not willing to accept that their company had sent the device by mistake and made no attempt to rectify the problem. I have chased this refund for days being told there is nothing they can do to get my refund back to me in the initial allotted time. They were quick to take my money, that s about all that is quick about this company. I don t understand why this company can create this issue and then hold my money til they feel like returning it. I m not even sure it was an honest mistake, seems to me like it could have happened before. Poor customer service. Poor everything. The manager, came across like they wanted to help fix this problem, but in actual fact did nothing.
Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere.
