Abysmal experience bought a package not dispatched...

Abysmal experience bought a package not dispatched promised different one which again they didn't have. Cancelled order originally from 5th May as sick of waiting and being fobbed off. Still waiting for them to issue a refund. Keep well clear!!! Had to put one star in order to post this review but wouldn't give them any.
