Despite their aim of 48hrs, my phone was with them for a week and a half, their reasoning was that they needed to have the part required for my phone shipped in, I did have to email a member of support to get this information & I really think I should have been emailed about this first (-1 star). Whether this was the reason, or they're just overloaded with repairs really didn't concern me much as the phone was back with me within 24 hours of the repair log saying it had been completed, the screen is excellent and have not had any issues with the phone as of yet, so 5* for the excellent quality and shipping time after job completion.
