This is one of the worst companies I have to deal with in the last 10 years. I have been waiting just under 2 months for 2 Xperia phones to be fixed. Their engineers are a joke and so is their customers service, also their prices are a bit over the top. After sending them 2 of my phones and waiting weeks non end, my Ipod touch broke, I looked else where and found a different company, by the time I posted the Ipod and received it fixed, 3 working days passed. This company is a joke and I hope whoever wants to use them have plenty of time and above all....patience.... and please don't reply to me saying you're working really hard to fix whatever issues you guys have...save it...
