Avoid this company! I have been waiting months for a refund on a phone that was reported as faulty in October. In response to your reply... I have been contacting customer services for 6 months!!! It is always the same reply and nothing is resolved. Please answer, I'd love to know what excuse you have got for me now after promising the refund would be in my account by the end of yesterday.
