Bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S7 in April 20...

Bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S7 in April 2018. In October, it broke. Sent back for repair as it was under warranty. Not seen it since. QMF keep fobbing me off saying they're 'waiting for parts' . Even had an email saying it was being sent for testing, then would be dispatched, that was about 4 weeks ago now. Emails ignored. Phone never answered. When when they do respond, they lie. Steer clear!!!

Give these cowboys a wide berth. They steal your money and your phone. They don't respond to emails, phonecalls, messages, tweets. Only to reviews on here. Total sham of a company!!!
