Do not use this company.
After waiting my 7 working days I tried to phone to see what had happened to my order. Line constantly engaged ( I presume they take it off the hook). I then sent an email which they responded to 24 hrs later saying I was going to have to wait a further 7 working days ! The email seemed to be generic as suggested by other reviewers. I have since had further none helpful responses ( again taking 24hrs).
I am now trying to cancel my order however it appears that I am going to have to wait for it to be delivered before I can then send it back for a refund. .... I am waiting my 24 hrs for the next email reply to clarify this.
As a result of this company s incompetence I have now been without a phone for two weeks .
I used Quick Mobile Fix as I wanted to support a local business.However due to a family bereavement I now need a phone ASAP so have ordered one from another company which is being delivered today.
I am now extremely concerned about getting my refund . I would have thought it would have been easy as phone not sent yet but it appears not !
Please think carefully before using this firm, I can t tell you the inconvenience they have caused me . Why advertise a phone if you don t have it in stock ready to ship ?
I have never posted a poor review in my life but unfortunately felt so strongly about this appalling service that I thought I had better share my experience to warn future customers.
