I purchased a 6+ and it works perfectly, I would assume it's brand new rather than reconditioned so I am very happy.

The delivery was 3-5 working days as stated and the communication was also very thourough.

My experience of buying a reconditioned phone has been very positive so I would recommend.

Still waiting on my order to be dispatched now being told it's gonna take alot longer I have tried to call to cancel the order but surprise surprise no one is answering - would never recommend this company!!

Stay away from this company! I ordered a mobile on the 3rd March, heard from them via email on the 8th March to say my order was delayed and would take 2-4 working days. I contacted them on 12th March to follow up on order, I heard back from them on the same day to say it will be dispatched 1-2 working days. On the 14th March again I contacted them to follow up as it still hadn't been dispatched and I wanted to cancel my order and have a refund, the reply on the 15th was that my order was being "prioritised" ignoring the fact I wanted to cancel and have refund. I contacted back restating I wanted a refund, this is now being processed but takes 10-14 days! So for 27 days I will be without a phone and without my money. I have never heard of a refund taking so long and I work in retail so could understand 5-7 working days. The company is unhelpful, doesn't care and just takes your money so please never use them. I have never had such a bad experience before so sharing with others so no one else gets caught out.

I have ordered from Quick Mobile Fix a couple of time s now. Both phones were in the condition stated, packaged well in their delivery. The delivery times stated were adhered to. Customer support were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using them again. 5 stars

This place is dreadful,really wouldn t recommend to anyone looking for a phone took several weeks to get our phone returned that we sent back as it wasn t in working order.Also would like to state that they never reply to their messages,calls or emails so their is no way in getting contacted which is horrendous especially when you want to get a refund as quick as possible. AWFUL COMMUNICATION AND 15 days no DELIVERY.
I got a phone from here and it has been 15 days since it was ordered. it has still not arrived and there has been no information from this company letting me know if or when my products get dispatched. There is no way to ring this company as they do not have a telephone number to call. There might be an agent online but i never came across one who has been able to help me so I have had to result in a "contact us " e mail which only looks like it gets dealt with once every 24 hours. If you want a phone there are other companies that may be a few quid more but guarantee next day or 2 days delivery . 15 days in after making a purchase still no product arrived is a SHAMBLES. If a customer pays for goods then just send it to them.

Update: I have recieved my Iphone and it was in the condition it was stated in. I Recommend you buy from somewhere else. Just a couple days after this review was made, We had a notice that they just dispatched it. It was still in processing for about 2-3 Weeks. If your willing to wait for that long, (which I doubt you do). Just, Dont buy from here.

Absolutely awful company do not buy a phone from them whatever you do!! I purchased a "grade A" phone from them had to chase them up constantly didn't arrive on time missed my daughters birthday. Had to pay to send it back to them no contact from them at all had to phone them passed from one incompetent person to another. Couldn't speak to a manager. Got my phone back after 2 weeks and numerous phone calls for it to stop working after 1 week. Appalling! The company doesn't provide refunds and doesnt even have a complaints policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Disgusting attitude of staff on the phone.

I have used this company three times and have been satisfied with their service. On the last occasion there was a problem with getting my phone delivered but this was entirely due to the incompetence of UK Mail who use an equally incompetent local courier service. This was completely out of the control of QMF.

Do not use this website the service is appalling I ordered a s7 edge received confirmation stating that it could take upto 19 working days for delivery, passed the 10 days no contact from them emailed them to get a reply to wait a further 4 days..... still no phone requested a refund as I have found a much better site with next day delivery but can t purchase this as need my refund only to be told it s now passed to cancalation department purchased this phone nearly a month ago and received nothing no phone no refund so today I m taking this further to trading standards as this is totally UNACCEPTABLE. Worst phone company ever. Bought an iphone 6, phone function did not work. Could not make calls or texts. Sent back phone to be 'fixed'. Phone returned. No fix had been done. No email to inform me the phone had been fixed. Thankfully I paid through paypal so i could dispute the charge and luckily i got my money back. You can dispute charges up to 180 days after purchase... I would also suggest that if anyone has the spare time, package up some of your faeces and send it to their address as they are complete con artists and deserve nothing better.

Ordered an iPhone almost a month ago and I have still not received the item. Poor customer service and I have sent them a number of emails and none have been helpful, they say there s a delay in the dispatch and say it will be sent in the next few days, I chase up again and they say due to the same quality control issues it won t be for another week. When the phone came it seemed to be in 'Pristine' condition with no marks on it at all and we were extreemly delighted with it.

After dropping my phone in sink need an economical working replacement soones. Went on quick mobile for first time and 2 days later received my replacement phone. I am extremely pleased with the refurbished phone and very impressed with the whole service from Quick Mobile.

I've used QMF on numerous occasions, not only to fix broken screens on phones and an iPad, but also to purchase reconditioned phones and I have found the service to be efficient and trustworthy. Their prices are decent and if you want to recycle your old phone for cash they will pay the postage and transfer the money into your account. I've never had any issues with them. Would recommend.

I have to say I was very worried after reading some of these reviews (which I read after I purchased the phone on the Quick Mobile Fix website). The iphone 7 arrived as described on the website and was well packaged. worked fine and was unlocked to receive new sym however, it was delayed by a few days which got me very worried thinking the website was a hoax. I gave Richard at QMF (Customer Service) quite a hard time, but they came through in the end for me! I would ask that QMF try harder to communicate with their customers when items will be delayed, especially as they have no phone number.

Like so many other reviews I submitted an order at the beginning of November 2020 for Christmas and as it never arrived in time I cancelled it. I am still waiting for a refund despite being told that it is imminent. It doesn t take long to press a button to submit a refund. The excuse of being short staffed due to COVID- 19 is also not an excuse as they are still advertising sales. They should use their staff to process refunds as they are in breach of a significant number of contracts and have been reported to Trading Standard on numerous occasions . My advise is for you never to use this company and use another. Extremely poor service and utterly non responsive.

Where to start, ordered phone 15th March cancelled on 19th (phone was not delivered or even processed) due to Covid 19 and explained needed the money for the next few months due to lockdown and subsequent loss of income. Received mail saying refund would be 14 days (suspicious) as normally 2-3 days. 14 days passed, contacted Customer service who then advised within 72hrs they will come back to me with a refund date. No mail, chased then I was advised refund will be 19th May?. Had to contact bank for chargeback (well done HSBC) otherwise I could see this going for months. This is a scam and they more than likely hold your money for interest purposes and very unlikely any refund would have been given leaving you to either contact your bank or go to small claims. Avoid the headache and order elsewhere as this will leave you out of pocket and in dire straight during this time of national emergency. It amazes me that even during this time of uncertainty, people losing their jobs and potentially their homes that organisations like this are allowed to continue trading. Furthermore, they have no remorse with the pain they inflict on families even after explaining the circumstances for cancellation. To the owner, please do not respond with contact customer services as I doubt you have one or a financial department for that matter.

This company is awful. I bought a phone from them and after a couple of months the back was coming off and the home button had stopped working. I sent it back under warranty and it took them a month to repair it but when I got it back it wasn't even repaired. I had to send it straight back and I have yet to receive the phone back and that was over a month ago. I have emailed about 30 plus times and have tried phoning again and again but the lines are always engaged. This was the second refurbished iphone 5, from QMF . I and now my wife are highly delighted with the products and especially with the service..
The phone arrived within two days and was as described on the website. Grade A with minor scratches, (you have to look hard to find any!!). After charging and inserting the sim it worked straight away. No problems so far, we`ve changed all the default Apple settings to our/her preference and it works great. Thanks QMF

Sent over a Samsung phone to sell on the 27th of July using their freepost label. Included all of the references and order number. At first they claimed to not have received it but upon looking at the tracking it clearly shows that they have picked up. I canceled an order for a refurbished iPhone with Quick Mobile Fix because after a week I had still not received any communication as to when the order would be shipped. Several emails later, they confirmed the cancelation in writing and said they d process the refund of the original payment within 10-14 working days. One month on I am still chasing them for the refund. The last I heard from them, they said I d be refunded by 21st June at the latest. It is 28th June today and still no refund. This company is a scam. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid them. I am now looking to make a claim at small payments court and report them to the police as fraudsters.

Very quick and professional turnaround for a postal repair service. Well priced and used better non branded parts to replace the screen of my iPhone 6+ than Barclays Bank mobile insurance. The only recommendation I would make is that they should notify you once they have received your phone. Other than that, spot on.

Phone came back with more damage than when it was sent off!
Would not recommend using them to anyone. My phone was sent off with the screen being damaged by liquid damage. However my middle button and lock button were in working condition. Since they had my phone my lock button at the side (iPhone 6) no long works. I asked them before they sent the phone back if the screen was the issue remaining with the phone. Vicky at quickfixmoblie didn't know which wasn't reassuring so I asked for the phone to be sent back. When I received the phone back I realised the lock button was no longer working.

the phone keep switving off even when the battery is still 50% and sometimes when l charge my phone the batteru doesn't last for even 3omins.

Firstly i have never felt the need to write an online review but I have to in this case as my experience of ordering an iphone7 from this company has gone from terrible to simply unbelievably bad. First they cant deliver my phone on time - ordered 2nd of December 2018 arrived 28th December 2 weeks after the promised date - but only after repeatedly chasing up and being given one excuse after another it eventually arrived after saying it wasn't available in the morning it arrived the next day - strangely after i asked for my money back. Next, it arrived unboxed and although looked neat and tidy it wouldn't stay charged for more than 4 hours so i requested it go back and i get my money back - this was January 2nd. It took multiple emails and calls to get the right person to even send me the returns details. I was advised, in January that it would take 30 days to receive a full refund and we are now in March and I cant even get them to confirm the amount and when i will see this in my account. I've repeatedly emailed and finally said unless i get confirmation today - Fri 15th March 2019 - I am forced into informing others of my experience. I've emailed twice today and have just called to speak to the finance department - apparently its now with them - to find them closed until 9am Monday. Rest assured QFM i will be seeking the company owner via Somerset House or other ways and calling them direct at 9am Monday morning to explain my experience and ask for my full refund. I have not had any where close to as bad an experience as this with any other company and I would strongly advise NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! - breathtakingly bad customer service absolutely no contact, no one knows whats going on and none of the messages are consistent - i've had to do all of the chasing. Very very poor I will be contacting the police if I don't get a response very quickly.

I bought a refurbished iPhone 6s and have to say I was worried about spending that kind of money with a company I'd not heard of but they were fabulous. I bought a grade a and the phone is like new, was delivered on time and works like a dream. Absolutely no issues recommending this company and you might get it a tenner cheaper somewhere else but you will have no problems and that's a better deal in my view as I've had a phone from a different company that had to be returned twice, at my cost each time before being refunded which was a huge hassle.

Over the years i have purchased a number of mobile phones from this company for members of my family and myself. My most recent purchase was in June of this year (ID3606639) which was an I phone 7. The order was quickly processed and upon delivery the phone described as "good "was in pristine condition. My wife, the recipient, was very pleased with it and remains so.

Broke my tablet screen, and was recommended Quick Mobile Fix. They fixed it quickly, and cheaper than I was expecting. Would recommend!

Sent my old iphone 6 in for cash, sorted within a week.

Returned phone as advised it was under warranty then absolutely screwed over :(
Having problems with that same phone now terrible sent it back as the battery failed apparently still under the 12 month warranty , I receive a email saying water damage ? I didn t go in for that ?? 70.00 overcharge for nothing that can be proven ??
Then further email the Battery is blown which I knew which is why I sent it there in the first place this company will con you with out any thought what so ever terrible ! advise to give them very wide birth have been conned out of 70.00 for water damage which isn t what it was sent there for ???? Still don t have a phone that they were supposed to fix under the warranty

They are not easy to get hold off, I'm waiting for my ipad to be repaired so will leave another review once I have it, it was sent in as it would not turn on and they said it required a new battery which I paid for but they now say it needs a new sim card reader, has anyone else experienced anything like this

Terrible service. Bought an unlocked phone that came locked and then they never replied to my emails asking what to do and didn treply when I said I wanted a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IT ISNT WORTH IT.
