A dreadful company. I had ordered a Samsung S7 almost 3 weeks ago, received it last week on a Monday, worked fine for about 5 minutes until the phone died as it ran out of battery, tried to turn it on again when plugged into wall, it wouldn't start and came up with little red text that said "Custom Binary FPR lock" so we rang up the company, they then tried to blame us for the incident. We then sent it back to them last week on the Tuesday and they said it will be with us in the next week. Well it is the next week and still hadn't received the phone so rang them up, they said that they have lost the package that i sent back, i told them that i posted it on Tuesday and that they should look for my details. They then found it and said that it should be delivered by Friday 22nd
