Very poor customer service. Ordered a phone a month before my daughters birthday and was told it would arrive in 7 days.

After 7 days I emailed them asking where my order was only to be told they were waiting for the phone to arrive in stock and will send it out once it arrives.



Decided to email them with a different email address, enquiring about the same phone and asked if it was In stock....surprise surprise, it WAS in stock and they could send it out to me within 7 days.

Bought another phone from a different supplier and arrived within 3 working days.
I recieved the phone I ordered of quick fix mobile a week after my daughters birthday (5 weeks after ordering) this was sent straight back.

PLEASE STAY AWAY......REALLY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.
