Email response appears automated as always same response 'as per company policy, refund will be given in 10-14 working days.' It's way more than that. Not sure what to do as I can't buy another phone withour receiving the money. So annoyed and helpless. Just GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, WILL YOU. Advice: Do not buy from them.

I have place order for my son birthday assuming it will be with me within 7 working days, order has not been with me 17 days after I place the order,
To my shocking poor customer service false promises all the time, after I have requested for a manager they advised me manager will be in touch with me within 24 hours as customer I have to wait 24 hour to speak to a manager,
When cancelling the order have to wait 30 days for your money,
When you speaking to their staff they will argue I am now forced to cancel it and place a order,
I will litterly get Facebook page to boycott to such shameful customer service and a company DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately their low ratings are deserved. I purchased a mobile in March. My item was not delivered and I received no contact from Quick Mobile. After lockdown in June I requested a refund. It is now July and still no refund received. I strongly advise using another provider.

I 100% DO NOT reccomend them. It was such an awful experience- they do not help, and the quality of the phones are awful. I have sent it back twice now and they do not look as if they are ever going to repair it. A waste of time and money. Firstly, I had to wait over 2 months for dispatch, because apparently they had sold out- then after 1 use with the phone, which I had bought as a gift, completely stopped working. Once taking another month and a half to supposedly fix the phone- they sent it back broken the second time too! I've sent it back, but after 6 months- my friend cannot remember the account details for the phone (which is justified) and I have informed them that the details are noted down in the phone and they flat out refuse to proceed without them (ironic because they never asked me about they account details the first time they were "fixing" the phone) and are telling me they are going to send me back the broken phone that doesn't even come on! This only leads me to believe they didn't even fix the phone the first time as they has said. They have supposedly tried to contact me "many times", which they haven't, and every time I try to call them up so I can actually speak to someone to explain the situation, they NEVER pick up. I am at a loss with what to do and am extremely disappointed with the service provided. The staff are completely unhelpful and do not even try to help or resolve the problem.

Quick mobile fix was correct with their despatch times which were up to 10 working days, mine was 9 working days. This was my third order in 3 years so I'm impressed before and now with the service that was given to me.

Err no it means you have advertised something for me to buy but you don't actually have it in stock so I have to wait for one to come in and been done up. Asked for refund. Been told I will have it in 14 days. No idea why it can't be done immediately but then I guess they hope I will forget about it. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A VERY LONG BARGE POLE.

Unfortunately phones did not arrive within the delivery timescales and although I chased them up they did not commit to a delivery date and they were very hard to get hold of. I cancelled the order which was for 3 x iphone 7's. No response from QMF at all to acknowledge the order cancellation and no refund. Sadly I took out an online County Court Claim to get my money back. To be fair QMF made the full refund and paid the court costs.
Not a company I would recommend though.

Bought a refurbished iphone 7 at a great price. I opted for 'excellent' condition. The phone arrived ahead of schedule, and to my eye is in perfect condition. It even had a screen protector already fitted. I'm very happy with my purchase and will Quick Mobile Fix again.

Very bad experience with a repair on a Oneplus One. I contacted QMF before sending my phone where I was assured it would take no more han 24-48 hours for the repair to be done.

Order was placed on the 25th of April, phone received by the on the 27th of april and since then there was a single update on the 30th stating the phone had been repaired yet failed quality control.

Radio silence since. Not any bit of information, no communication letting me know where the phone repair was.

Definitely not in my good books once I get my phone back.

08-5-18: Confirmation received from QMF that they were shipping 128Gb iPhone-7
08-5-18: I queried if the 256Gb was being shipped as ordered.
08-5-15: Customer services at QMF assured me that the upgraded device was being shipped.
09-5-18: 128Gb iPhone-7 received.
10-5-18: I emailed QMF complaining that the wring device had been delivered. Was asked to supply IMEI number.
10-5-18: I supplied IMEI number which confirmed that it was 128Gb.
11-5-18: I was asked by QMF to fully set up phone to confirm if it was 128Gb.
11-5-18: I fully installed settings on the phone, confirmed that it was 128Gb and requested that it be collected and my money refunded.
11-5-18: QMF supplied link to print return label via post office.
15-5-18: QMF confirmed that the device had been returned and that they would process the refund.
16-5-18: QMF emailed suggested that a replacement device would be sent in the next 2-3 days.
16-5-18: I contacted Citizens Advice and they confirmed that since the device delivered did not match what I had paid for I was entitled to a full refund. I informed QMF of this again requesting a refund.
17-5-18: QMF again confirmed that they would be sending a refund but this may take up to 14 working days.
14-6-18: I emailed QMF asking again for my refund since it had now been 18 working days since that had received the device.
14-6-18: QMF mailed to inform me that they aim to dispatch all refurbished devices within 5-7 working days* as stated on your confirmation email that was sent to you when you placed your order with us, you are currently still within the dispatch time frame
WHAT A DISASTER
18-6-18: YES your customer services have contacted me informing me that "I would like to inform you that we have changed our card processing payment system and as a result have suffered a massive delay of approximately 14-28 working days in refunding a few of our customers. We switched payment gateway on 01-05-16 and hence we are experiencing longer processing times for refunds for orders placed before the 1st of May 2018. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you."

I chose to go with Quick Mobile Fix as I thought they would be quick and efficient as it says in their name. It is now 21 days later and I still have not received any update of when my phone will be returned to me. I rely on my phone heavily for work and thought it would be returned a lot quicker. I am now on my third replacement phone from QMF as every phone they have sent has been faulty - the first one had to go back twice so they have been sending replacements since that are still faulty. I am still trying to sort out the most recent replacement, but can't get through on the phone (either engaged or in a queue for ages and have to give up) and the suggestions they are sending in emails are not working. I am completely exasperated with the whole experience. I have taken to writing a review as last time this was the only way I got anything sorted out as they don't like bad reviews on the site. This is yet another week I am without a phone (my fifth time I have been phoneless since Christmas due to having to keep returning faulty phones for repair or replacement). I ordered my phone about 6 weeks ago on line, after talking to one of your sales people, who was very helpful. It arrived within the week and the tracking was brilliant. I found a few small scuffs on the back but it was going into a case and I don't look at the back when I'm using. Works perfectly. Also from the good service I received I had my wife order a phone, which again arrived within the week. She is delighted.
I have recommended you to my brother-in-law, so hopefully you may get another order soon!

Ordered phone 21/11/20 on the 15th December still no phone. Only standard reply s sent by email so can t find out what is going on with my order. I will have to cancel my order through my credit card because they won t properly respond to my queries. I will have to pay a lot more for the phone because I ordered on Black Friday so big mistake using this company will use Music Magpie in the future as professional and reliable unlike Mobile quick fix. Customer services lie, and ignore emails. They say repairs will be completed within 48hrs yet they have had my device for 2 weeks and yet to be repaired.

I sent my iPad (id222190) for repair as was reasonably priced but mainly chose them because they promise to repair within 24-48 hrs.
They have had my device now for 15 days and is still waiting repair.
When I called 21.3.19 I was told by customer service that my device was showing on their system to be shipped back to me on 25.3.19 and should recieve it the next day..... on the 25.3.19 I received an email saying waiting on parts which could take 4-7 days for them to recieve . I emailed a reply to customer service only to be ignored and yet to recieve a reply.
Would give 0 stars if it was an option

You had my device for 2 weeks before you then informed me that you were waiting for parts. It should of been repaired and returned to me in that time.

phone was very reasonably priced , dispatched quickly & matches up to description. Was classed as a Grade A phone and looks almost brand new.
Only had for a few weeks but no issues so far. Parents are under too much pressure to opt for latest phones for kids, if you cant afford it then refurbished recent models come very close to satisfying that particular tech for teens at a more acceptable price.

I called them up and requested for a refund and they said it will take up to 30 days so I waited. It's been 6 weeks now and I still have not received my money.

I called them up to ask about where my money is and they have the audacity to ramble on about how they cannot refund me and that I should go to my bank about a 'chargeback'. Why do I need to involve my bank? What kind of business is this? I contacted my bank and they said they have no idea what that is and the refund must come from the company themselves.

They take the absolute piss and literally lie to you instead of actually helping. This has been an unnecessary headache and I just want my money back! Seriously, run for the hills!!!

I had used this company a number of times in the past and they were good and my phone was returned quickly. This time, however, the service was extremely poor and it took 3 weeks to get my phone back. The saga started because one of their staff members forgot to send me and ID for my phone. They then claimed they had not received the phone despite the tracking service confirming time and date. Next I was told it had probably been sent for scrap (nobody told me or sought permission). I received endless email asking me for the ID number they had failed to issue and despite being told to use my new email address they continued to use the old one causing further delays. In short, they do not read emails and work on the information provided, (How can they not understand ' I do not have an ID number, I wasn't given one') they rarely answer the phone and when you get hold of a member of staff it is a really painful experience that solves nothing. As I said, they were good - now I will not be using them again.

Quick Mobile Fix seemed so happy with my last review that I feel I should provide them with the latest saga.

* It didn't always go into charging mode when connected - yes, I tried several leads and chargers with the same result.
* When it did charge it was really slow to do so.
* Sometimes it charged but then discharged itelf whilst still connected to the charger.

So it seems to me that there is a reasonable chance that a new battery was never fitted.
7.7.18 contacted QMF by telephone and spoke to ADam who refused to refund the cost of the non-existent battery and insisted that the phone must go to them to be put right. Whilst very unhappy about this, I agreed and was sent a prepaid lable and an email from Adam in which he said "Having liased with our technical department, I am glad to advise we have the parts needed to succesfully rectify the issue(s) with your device to have it back with you before Friday, July 13, as requested, so please follow the instructions below to return your device"
The file containing the label would not open (have lots of sftware but nothing would work) and had to wait until Monday for them to send another label - which arrived on Tuesday.
Phone posted on Tuesday and arrived on WEdnesday 11th. Allow one day extra for repairs due to postage delay so my phone should be back with me - but guess what - IT ISN'T.
Yesterday morning I sent an email to QMF asking that ADam contact me - I could not call him as their phones are constantly engaged or on such a long waiting list that one gives up.
Please recall here that they failed to repair my phone and I had paid for a service which I never received, and Adam had verbally prmised that he would ensure my phone was mended promptly - so I felt the reply to my email (it came this morning) was a rather inappropriate

I have tried to call QMF again this morning but cannot get through - again. It is all very disappointing and frustrating and being as one of their staff ideicated that my last feedback was useful to them and they are still having problems with their service, maybe some more would be helpful.

The last twist to this tale is that I told Adam that if they did not return the phone in good order and on time, I would contact Trading Standards. Guess who I will be speaking to shortly - unless,of coures, someone at QMF calls me first.

My advice: They were a good company 2 - 3 years ago. Now it is worth looking around for a phone repair comapany

I have sent a dozen emails and called many times (where you are on hold for about 20m each time). I was then told by customer services on Tuesday 29th August they would put a priority shipping so we would have it for my grandaughters birthday this weekend. Update 7th September Eventually received phone on 5th Sept phone was in good condition and seems to be ok (time will tell) only seemed to speed things up when I started a claim back with Pay pal. The Delivery Service was good, I ordered an Iphoe 6's 64Gb condition "Good", the delivery showed up the next day, on a saturday, which was was faster then expected. However, I had to send the phone back due to scratches on the screen hidden beneath a badly placed screen protector containing alot of air bubbles. My main concern was the digitizer (screen) itself which had 3 very prominant white spots (indicating a dead pixel from a drop or water damage).

However, Quick Mobile Fix were more then happy for me to return the phone and send one in a better conditon, which they did with a fast delivery and a free postage return. The new phone was in better conditon, however still a white spot on the screen, I've keept the phone due to credit where credit is due, the price was good, and the conditon of the non-digitiser elements of the phone don't bother me to much as wear and tear is exspected.

I didn't manage to check the first phones battery "max capacity", but the second was 79%, which indicates a "used" battery, being that the battery has had over 500 full charge cycles (which can be expected of a used phone)

All in all, I would recommend due to price and speed of delivery, however, do check for white spots on the screen.

I bought a refurbished IPhone 5s from Quick Mobile Fix after doing some research online. It seemed the right choice based on price and positive reviews. The phone came in a bit later than expected and the tracking service didn't seem to update till it actually got delivered. The phone is in mint condition and fully working. I will definitely used them again.

Ordered my phone almost 4 months ago. Had it in my hands twice but both times faulty. Now still with them and return date is indefinitely extending.

Every email to them is replied to by a different person apologising and saying please wait 5 or so days. A week later repeat the same routine.

I should have cancelled months ago but for some reason give them a chance every time because I'm obviously the foolish pathetic idiot that they hope I am.

If you give them your money, don't expect a phone in return.

Bought an iPhone from these guys on 20th of April, over a week my item still had not been posted. Opened a chat to canceled and would get a refund with 14 days. Over 14 days now and I still have not received my refund, now asking my bank to retrieve the funds.

I am outraged at this company! Bought a phone 2 months ago. Called to chase up after it hadn t been delivered 2 weeks later and was told the dispatch date would be soon . Cancelled after a further week and still have not received my refund a month later. They ignore all emails and you cannot get through on the phone. Avoid at all costs!!! I am today taking my complaint further as they have failed in many ways. Would have given zero stars if able.

Purchased a reconditioned Iphone 5S - good communication throughout the order process and prompt delivery and the phone was exactly as described. I have had the phone for several months now and have not had any issues with it whatsoever - Have recommended to a friend who has recently ordered an iphone 6 through Quick Mobile Fix.

I brought a iphone6 and then decided to move away from Apple and opted for Samsung instead. This happened in August, I contacted Quick mobile fix to promptly cancel my order before it arrived. Cancellation was acknowledged however a couple of days later, phone was sent and email received advising dispatch. Confused!! I then had to wait 10 days before Quick Fix received the item back (unopened). I'm still waiting for my refund and its the 23rd November , 3 months and still no sign of it. Be warned! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OPT TO GO ELSEWHERE. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!!

Dont give this company your money as you will have a nightmare trying to get it back if you ever do now after reading other reviews. I never write reviews but dont want anyone having the same experience as myself. Ordered a phone in September 2020, cancelled it after a month as no phone was ever sent even though they accepted my money. Since the end of October I've been trying to get a refund with most of my emails being answered by a computer or already scripted reply. Mostly saying a refund was in the process and would take a few weeks, once I threatened legal action they have come back to me saying the refund was completed there side and would take 7 working days but still haven't had anything, SURPRISE!
Two and half months and still no refund for a phone that I never recieved, worst company I've ever dealt with.

I sent a mobile off for a front screen replacement back in December 2019.
I finally received phone back today May 21st after tens of emails (we are sourcing the parts, job has been assigned to an engineer, we are testing it) and guess what, screen is still as broken as it was when it was sent, they haven't replaced anything!!! Cherry on the cake they asked for more money to replace the back cover too.
I had a bad experience with this very same company in the past, I would have hoped they got better, I've never been more wrong.
I asked for a full refund, curious to see how long this will take.

Awful- I got my money for the phone but it took ages. These guys do pay more out for handsets and they did hold their end of the bargain but communication with this company was difficult and it took 3 weeks.

The phone number is always buys and their replies on email are vague.

Avoid this company, its not a professional company.
