Watch out for this company ! I ordered an IPhone that stopped working after 12 hrs. They have no phonesupport. I was the asked to send back the phone, and despite 10 prompts I am still waiting for a refund after 4 months.

PLEASE DON'T USE QUICK MOBILE FIX SERVICE, IF YOU ARE EXPECT SOME PROBLEM TO FIX QUICK, i think they have to change the company name to LATE MOBILE FIX lol.
Think before below points if you would like to use the service.

Pros:
1. Free postal service if you want to send them.

2. They are good in fixing ipod, iphone broken LCD's only.
3. Tracker your repair. (internal log sheet)

Cons:

2. In Website or on phone voice message they will say we repair your faulty mobile within 24 to 48 hrs, which is not true and don't get trapped on that.
3. Customer care they have live chart, email and phone. Woow live webchart, it nice to communicate on website.
But just hold on, live webchart team only good to check about your order and will give wrong promises and they will tell you "At the moment its with technician, it mostly complete by today and will update" however don't except any email or phone call from them. They don't update you until you ping next time.
Phone Service: Its an nightmare, you be put on hold with automated message for 8 - 15mins and don't call after 4pm they don't pick your call most of the time.
Email service: You will not get reply anytime sooner than 2days some time no emails after couple of emails. if it favors them, might except same day.
4) If you escalate to manager, customer service team will say my manager will call you and she will not call you until phone problem is fixed it might take 2days and she will claim that she was busy from last 2days. Management is waste.
5) Technician are not handle your phone care and skill. You can see some marks on screen and here and there when you receive it.
6) Delay..delay..delay.
My problem: I sent my phone to diagnosis service, they said they full diagnosis my phone and found the problem is LCD screen problem and got quotation and paid, after 3days or 4days after chasing later in the evening they found LCD connector problem, paid on same day, after couple of days no update and later they found LCD IC not working (not paid- as technician error it seems) all this happens on my chase. Its first Episode, my 2nd Episode i found that camera is not working, i have sent them back again 2times for same problem, overall took me 19 days still phone is not received yet.

Now is 14th of August, no refund, no replies.
Order tracker says, the order hasnt been looked at since it was cancelled.

Update - refund was processed on the 16th of July. 16 working days later. They told me they would urgently get it done, and did. Money not in account, but I reckon it takes 3-5 days.
Credit to them.

Update - got refund on 17th of August

overall this company is not quick, but they are also not a scam. They reply through email and social media but do not through their telephone lines. Its a hassle, but with this company I suggest you stay patient.

The worst company i have ever dealt with order 140959 placed 4th December and promises after promises broken the only thing they have done on time is take my money. Every time you contact them they say it is prioritised and will despatch in a few days. It never happens.

I ended up doing a chargeback via my bank account.

I would recommend avoiding this company and wouldn't even trust them to tell you the time.

Fantastic Service, I had a smashed screen on my Samsung S4. Bought the repair online but on discovering they're a short drive from my home I decided to drop it in personally, dropped it in on a Thursday got a call and an email saying it had been repaired the next day and went to pick it up Saturday morning. Immaculate screen, all my data still on it and received a free phone case.

QMG cancelled my iPad order 6 December as they were "unable to fulfil my order" and then quoted a 14 working day timescale to refund my money.
As of 12 January, I have not received my refund nor have I had any further contact from them. I've sent chaser emails but received no response, not even an automated reply. There is no other way to contact them but email - the live chat is unavailable every time I visit their site and there is no contact phone number.
I unfortunately purchased via debit card rather than credit card and so I am looking into my options to get my money back.
*update - refund received 15 Jan. After submitting a chargeback claim via my bank and continuing to chase QMF via email, they eventually responded to FB messenger 13 Jan and promised to refund my money in 48 hours. After chasing again, after 48 hours, the refund took place that evening.

I have reported your company to trading standards, under the consumer rights act 2015. The law states that goods should be of satisfactory quality, shouldn't be faulty or damaged, fit for purpose and as described.

As explained multiple times, based on my experience with your truly awful company, I bought a pristine iPhone X 256GB from you nearly 4 weeks ago (Order ID 215214). After having to wait two weeks for some unbeknown reason (clearly not quality control testing time), I received what turned out to be a damaged iPhone X. The phone had scratches all over the screen and it would not turn on, even after being on charge for a lengthy period.



As explained, your company is in breach of the consumer rights act 2015 and is therefore acting illegally. I ask again that you refund me immediately, or the next communication that will be sent, will be from my lawyer.

Ordered a refurbished i4 from Quick Mobile Fix, largely on price and reviews. Felt a little trepidation as refurbished can mean a wide range of issues. It is also difficult to cross compare qualities on the web between different suppliers. The mobile was a little slow in arriving although this was not a problem for us.
The delivered package was first class and included everything promised. The package and appearance of the phone was at the top end of my expectation, very little different from a brand new mobile.
We have now been using it for two months and we are still very happy with its performance.

The Oder number doesn t work it won t let me track my order. I also noticed on the reviews they basically only respond to the good reviews. Three stars because I got it back and they've done a great job on fixing it. QMF lose two stars though because it took 17 days between sending it off and getting it back. If I'd had some warning it would take that long I could have got a replacement to keep me going until it was back.

The problem was that they didn't have the parts, and it took most of that time to get them. Also frustrating thing was their message while you're on hold to them says they'll get your phone back to you between 24 and 48 hours. Maybe they mean four-two-eight hours not forty-eight?? Because it's almost exactly 428 hours they've had it.

They are easy to get hold of, but it was only by the third week that I got any accurate information about when I'd get my phone back. What I'd need QMF to sort out before I'd use them again is
1) actually have a better stock of spare parts so they can turn them around fast or
2) accurate information posted on the repair tracker about when I'm likely to get my phone back. or maybe
3) some sort of compensation for if they really mess things up.

I bought a refurbished iphone 7 in "excellent" condition. The item it's arrived with a screen issue and I had to send it back. Now they want to fix it in 7-10 day (+ shipping) instead of just send me another one. You can get a refund in 14 days so this is just a waste of time.
And also, the plug didn't work.
Even though they reply quickly, that is unprofessional to me, they should have send another one.

I ordered a phone from Quick Mobile Fix to replace a lost one - after browsing, I only picked them as they were significantly cheaper, which was a plus.

I was told the order would be sent within 10 working days, but I heard nothing. After emailing them, they said wait another 2 working days. I waited 3 and still heard nothing. I emailed again asking for delivery confirmation, or I would request a refund - the phone was delivered the next day.

The phone itself was in great condition and so far has worked very well. No scratches on the screen, only one minor scratch on the case. However, it was bad to see that the charging and headphone slots were filthy with dusts, lint, etc. and I had to clean it manually before charging. It was also mildly annoying that the phone had not been charged before posting.

Overall, I would not recommend Quick Mobile Fix. Their delivery and customer service was very poor. Price of the phone was very good, and the quality above what was described, though not clean. In today's world, waiting almost 3 weeks for post from the same country is not acceptable.

In my personal opinion they have created a consumer friendly website that looks slick and therefore lulls the consumer into a false sense of security. I felt confident that they were a professional outfit.

However, I believe that they have bitten off more than they can chew and simply cannot cope with the demand. It is clear that they are very short staffed and have no intention of answering the phone. It rings and rings and rings, with no answer in any department. The only form of communication is usually from someone at 10pm via e ail saying that they are sorry no-one is in the office to speak at the moment. Thew will call me back. (THIS CALL NEVER HAPPENS AND THE SAME PROCESS IS REPEATED EVERY WEEK). I Purchased three phones from them for my business and one was faulty. Having been advised that I had to send it back to them before they could resolve the issue I have now been without a phone for over 4 weeks and I am fully expecting this company to go into administration before I or any other customer receives their money back.

For that reason.....

I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Good price and quick turn around. Only moan is that the ear piece speaker wasn't fitted snugly and looks a little odd. I haven't taken it up with this company.
i am revising my review. As screen was never perfect i had to send back after 2 weeks as screen was coming off.
Now a year later the screen has shelled around edges and started to fall off again. Now the screen has cracked again whilst in a metal iphone case. I question the quality of the replacement screens.

Never have I seen a business firstly have such a long time span in terms of when they deliver phones. If had read their terms properly I would have never chose to do business with this company. Furthermore, when I asked for a refund, I was told it would be issued. This was nearly a month ago even though their refund policy claims that they refund are received with 14 working days. I that space of time I ve had to email them multiple times to ask when my refund is coming or if it was actually issued from their end in the first place. I wouldn t recommend doing business with this company AT ALL due to their poor practices.

I returned the phone as requested, I asked for a refund which they stated would take 14 working days, 26 working days later and multiple emails I still do not have my money back. Good service for the repair but postage by UK Mail is absolutely terrible, I received a text at 9.15 telling me it would be delivered that morning at 11.45 and I was at work, I phoned them and said I would pick it up from their Depot and they tried to deliver it again, so Incouldnt, it took 5 attempts to get it and they left it with a neighbour which I hadn't asked for, as I said good service on the repair but the company they use for delivery is useless, I won't use them again because of this.

I requested the refund 3 weeks later, refund received 19 working days after.(as per them it will take up to 14 working days from the requested date !! ) My money was holding up for more than 50 days, on 28/7/19 l called on the fourth week again.The refund back on 30/7 !!! lf you required any information through Mail?.... The despatch time is 10 days!! Can you believe in this day and age that is considered acceptable!
It was a birthday present for my son. His birthday came and went and no sign of the phone.
I called customer services around 30 times. Just rang and rang and no one picked up.

Chased repeatedly on email and phone (phone permanently engaged etc). If you can get a response out of the customer service team then you will get lots of excuses - quality control issues, now on a priority list etc etc. Cancelled order 12 - 14 days to have money returned. Absolutely no explanation as to why (1) refund wasn't (and still hasn't) been processed (2) phone was dispatched despite order being cancelled. Now have to collect phone to send it back and still have no refund. Never answer phone.

Do not use this company. if there was an option for 0 stars, I would most definitely, and whole-heartedly, award it to Quickmobilefix. Company name: Ironic. Ordered a phone in the middle of Jan, and had the delivery date pushed back due to 'quality control' about 4 times. After over a month without the phone and no refund, only when I threatened legal action did I receive my money back.

I'd be surprised if they even have half of these phones that they advertise in stock. I found myself having to talk about this situation (at length) over e-mail with a comedian at quickmobilefix about how a company, who sells mobile phones, does not have a phone line for customers to speak to them. Absolute scam.

(I used musicmagpie (which incidentally, was cheaper) and received my phone the next day.)

Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company. Terrible to deal with. When you order from them they then tell you they are awaiting new stock and could be weeks before delivery. I returned a phone to them that didn't work and it took me 3 months to get a refund.

I have had to date a very poor experience with the company and hope that an adverse review will help to resolve the issue. iPhone sent with a problem where it would not power on. A repair was identified to replace the battery and screen. A price for repair given but misquoted and took a while to resolve. On return a few days later same exact problem. Returned the phone and lost and behold a different diagnosis and additional cost requested. When challenged that this was the same fault and that the repair should be carried out at their cost, totally would not budge. have asked to speak to someone on this.

I have had a positive response following my post. Customer service have explained in detail the situation from their point of view and have acknowledged my concerns and considered the situation from my (customer's) viewpoint. We have agreed a way forward that is satisfactory to the both of us and I have as a result of discussion happy to revise my rating.

Very poor. Robotic responses. Having to wait 2 months to refund me for a phone that I cancelled after it didn't turn up and no updates for over 2 weeks. If I could leave zero stars I would for this awful experience
