Really bad experience. Arrived with a fault, sent back for repair or replacement. That was 6 weeks ago. Haven't heard anything back from them despite 4 emails spending almost an hour on their customer care chat with someone who promised to look into it 'as a matter of priority'. So still unresolved and my 10 year old who had saved up for this phone is gutted! We will not be using them again. Steer clear!
