I sent a mobile off for a front screen replacement...

I sent a mobile off for a front screen replacement back in December 2019.
I finally received phone back today May 21st after tens of emails (we are sourcing the parts, job has been assigned to an engineer, we are testing it) and guess what, screen is still as broken as it was when it was sent, they haven't replaced anything!!! Cherry on the cake they asked for more money to replace the back cover too.
I had a bad experience with this very same company in the past, I would have hoped they got better, I've never been more wrong.
I asked for a full refund, curious to see how long this will take.
