These guys are crooks. Their business is just a scam. They do not have phones. They do not refund your money. Check out the anti-QMF Facebook site with 1,200 people who they have ripped off. God knows how they are still in business. Some rich guy in Ilford is scamming NHS workers and getting away with it. Absolutely horrible. My own story is as per normal - no phone and no refund despite about 40 emails...
