Ordered phone, never arrived, got told it was due ...

Ordered phone, never arrived, got told it was due to 'extra quality checks'. Err no it means you have advertised something for me to buy but you don't actually have it in stock so I have to wait for one to come in and been done up. Asked for refund. Been told I will have it in 14 days. No idea why it can't be done immediately but then I guess they hope I will forget about it. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A VERY LONG BARGE POLE.
