Ordered iPhone for my child on 02.05.20that never arrived asked for refund and was told it would take 14 working days, refund failed to arrive, told them I was referring to credit card company then they said we'd receive a refund by 1 July. I'm not waiting 2 months for a refund on our hard earned cash so I'm going to let the credit card company deal with this. Avoid this company at all costs is my advice.
