DO NOT BOTHER, RIDICULOUSLY AWFUL. I'm serious, RUN WITH YOUR MONEY. I payed for a phone in late January and the phone had still not arrived after bloody 3 weeks. I called them up and requested for a refund and they said it will take up to 30 days so I waited. It's been 6 weeks now and I still have not received my money.

I called them up to ask about where my money is and they have the audacity to ramble on about how they cannot refund me and that I should go to my bank about a 'chargeback'. Why do I need to involve my bank? What kind of business is this? I contacted my bank and they said they have no idea what that is and the refund must come from the company themselves.

They take the absolute piss and literally lie to you instead of actually helping. This has been an unnecessary headache and I just want my money back! Seriously, run for the hills!!!
