Company advertised phone they didn't. Been almost 17 days and fighting for a refund. Can't get in touch with company as no one answers the phone. Email response appears automated as always same response 'as per company policy, refund will be given in 10-14 working days.' It's way more than that. Not sure what to do as I can't buy another phone withour receiving the money. So annoyed and helpless. Just GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, WILL YOU. Advice: Do not buy from them.
