Very bad experience with a repair on a Oneplus One...

Very bad experience with a repair on a Oneplus One. I contacted QMF before sending my phone where I was assured it would take no more han 24-48 hours for the repair to be done.

Order was placed on the 25th of April, phone received by the on the 27th of april and since then there was a single update on the 30th stating the phone had been repaired yet failed quality control.

Radio silence since. Not any bit of information, no communication letting me know where the phone repair was.

Definitely not in my good books once I get my phone back.

I would recommend staying well away.
