I placed an order 14/04/20, by 12/05/20 the phone hadn't arrived so I cancelled the order. I have not received a refund yet. On 06/08/20 I received an email saying someone from customer services would be in touch with me within 1 working day - still no contact. I would not recommend this company at all, Music Magpie are far better.
