I am now on my third replacement phone from QMF as...

I am now on my third replacement phone from QMF as every phone they have sent has been faulty - the first one had to go back twice so they have been sending replacements since that are still faulty. I am still trying to sort out the most recent replacement, but can't get through on the phone (either engaged or in a queue for ages and have to give up) and the suggestions they are sending in emails are not working. I am completely exasperated with the whole experience. I have taken to writing a review as last time this was the only way I got anything sorted out as they don't like bad reviews on the site. So hopefully someone will get in touch with me now PLEASE (ID85958 - of you want to call me!). This is yet another week I am without a phone (my fifth time I have been phoneless since Christmas due to having to keep returning faulty phones for repair or replacement). I just want a phone that works !!!
