DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They are an unprofessional company. They offer same day turnaround service. One week later, still waiting for a resolution. I have sent a dozen emails and called many times (where you are on hold for about 20m each time). As one reviewer wrote, the only way to get their attention is by referring them to the Financial Ombudsman Service & taking them to the County Court.
