Bought a phone at Xmas for a present , the phone now will not charge at all, emailed them and they sent me some trouble shooting things to do, which I tried , still now worked have phoned several times a day and no answer, also now not getting response from emails, and as what I ve read from the past months reviews s I would be reluctant to send it back the be repaired as to how long they would have it .. not professional at all and I think Trading Standards need to take a look at this company .. shocking , don t risk it
