Appalling customer service. Trying to purchase a phone for my daughter's birthday. Similar experience to others on here - did not meet their own dispatch time forecast. Chased repeatedly on email and phone (phone permanently engaged etc). If you can get a response out of the customer service team then you will get lots of excuses - quality control issues, now on a priority list etc etc. Cancelled order 12 - 14 days to have money returned. Blah blah blah. I will see whether the money turns up.
