Awful customer service. Needs renaming from QUICK. Ordered a phone 1st October, was told 7-10 working days, then it was another week, 3 weeks later kept being told it would be dispatched. After requesting a refund, i was told it would be dispatched the following day. Nothing, i then threatened with taking it further with the bank and i suddenly received dispatch notification. Phone has now arrived over 30 days after order, and it didn't even come with a cable for the phone!! Shocking service, do not order from.
