Worst on line buying experience ever. The product was fine when it arrived but it was a stressful journey to that point.
The despatch time is 10 days!! Can you believe in this day and age that is considered acceptable!
It was a birthday present for my son. His birthday came and went and no sign of the phone.
I called customer services around 30 times. Just rang and rang and no one picked up.
I emailed 3 times each time I was told my order would be prioritised. It wasn't.
Best to keep away from this website despite how good the deal looks.
