PLEASE DON'T USE QUICK MOBILE FIX SERVICE, IF YOU ARE EXPECT SOME PROBLEM TO FIX QUICK, i think they have to change the company name to LATE MOBILE FIX lol.
Think before below points if you would like to use the service.

Pros:
1. Free postal service if you want to send them.

2. They are good in fixing ipod, iphone broken LCD's only.
3. Tracker your repair. (internal log sheet)

Cons:

2. In Website or on phone voice message they will say we repair your faulty mobile within 24 to 48 hrs, which is not true and don't get trapped on that.
3. Customer care they have live chart, email and phone. Woow live webchart, it nice to communicate on website.
But just hold on, live webchart team only good to check about your order and will give wrong promises and they will tell you "At the moment its with technician, it mostly complete by today and will update" however don't except any email or phone call from them. They don't update you until you ping next time.
Phone Service: Its an nightmare, you be put on hold with automated message for 8 - 15mins and don't call after 4pm they don't pick your call most of the time.
Email service: You will not get reply anytime sooner than 2days some time no emails after couple of emails. if it favors them, might except same day.
4) If you escalate to manager, customer service team will say my manager will call you and she will not call you until phone problem is fixed it might take 2days and she will claim that she was busy from last 2days. Management is waste.
5) Technician are not handle your phone care and skill. You can see some marks on screen and here and there when you receive it.
6) Delay..delay..delay.
My problem: I sent my phone to diagnosis service, they said they full diagnosis my phone and found the problem is LCD screen problem and got quotation and paid, after 3days or 4days after chasing later in the evening they found LCD connector problem, paid on same day, after couple of days no update and later they found LCD IC not working (not paid- as technician error it seems) all this happens on my chase. Its first Episode, my 2nd Episode i found that camera is not working, i have sent them back again 2times for same problem, overall took me 19 days still phone is not received yet.
