You will regret if you not listen to the feedbacks .....
My challenge was getting a refund, l was calling frequently after 3 weeks waiting for delivery. At least one hour long waiting to get the call answered !!!
I requested the refund 3 weeks later, refund received 19 working days after.(as per them it will take up to 14 working days from the requested date !! ) My money was holding up for more than 50 days, on 28/7/19 l called on the fourth week again.The refund back on 30/7 !!! lf you required any information through Mail?.... No response ... lf a call ..... miserable... I must have listened to the feedbacks on Google, as 40% of the customers are unhappy for different reasons!!!
Avoid such a company, treating their customers in an unpleasant unprofessional way . Surprisingly ?!!!#
You will notice, there is no any response from the owner for the negative feedbacks. There is no any intention to correct the way of the business.? They could have corrected it ,if they wish.l am so sorry to write such a feedback..All the 5 stars got from their family members not from real customers!!!
Be aware of Quick Mobile fix....
