I bought a phone and some accessories which didn t arrive within the specified time frame, which then I was told I d have to wait a further 7 working days for my order to be sent out. I decided I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund so I emailed them and confirmed I wanted my order cancelled. A week later I was sent an email from them saying my order had been sent despite me cancelling it a whole week before meaning I had to go through the process of returning the items. I returned the items and was told to expect a refund within roughly 14 days...which was over a whole month ago and I still haven t received the refund. I have sent numerous emails regarding this with the reply pretty much being the same... we ll look into this and get back to you which they haven t done.
