Three stars because I got it back and they've done...

Three stars because I got it back and they've done a great job on fixing it. QMF lose two stars though because it took 17 days between sending it off and getting it back. If I'd had some warning it would take that long I could have got a replacement to keep me going until it was back.

The problem was that they didn't have the parts, and it took most of that time to get them. Also frustrating thing was their message while you're on hold to them says they'll get your phone back to you between 24 and 48 hours. Maybe they mean four-two-eight hours not forty-eight?? Because it's almost exactly 428 hours they've had it.

They are easy to get hold of, but it was only by the third week that I got any accurate information about when I'd get my phone back. What I'd need QMF to sort out before I'd use them again is
1) actually have a better stock of spare parts so they can turn them around fast or
2) accurate information posted on the repair tracker about when I'm likely to get my phone back. or maybe
3) some sort of compensation for if they really mess things up.
