I ordered a phone from Quick Mobile Fix to replace a lost one - after browsing, I only picked them as they were significantly cheaper, which was a plus.
I was told the order would be sent within 10 working days, but I heard nothing. After emailing them, they said wait another 2 working days. I waited 3 and still heard nothing. I emailed again asking for delivery confirmation, or I would request a refund - the phone was delivered the next day.
The phone itself was in great condition and so far has worked very well. No scratches on the screen, only one minor scratch on the case. However, it was bad to see that the charging and headphone slots were filthy with dusts, lint, etc. and I had to clean it manually before charging. It was also mildly annoying that the phone had not been charged before posting.
Overall, I would not recommend Quick Mobile Fix. Their delivery and customer service was very poor. Price of the phone was very good, and the quality above what was described, though not clean. In today's world, waiting almost 3 weeks for post from the same country is not acceptable.
