they don't really deserve any star. i place my order on 22/06/17 until now i still don't get the i phone7 plus i ordered!!!
after the first wait 3-5working day i still don't receive my phone i call up asking where is my phone? one of they guy told me I'm not sure why is not send..sorry but I'm not asking for this answer. then another guy kindly call back an say sorry we don't the the 32gb they only one we can send out soon is the 128gb but additional of 100pound. have to choice to agree with it. instantly pay the 100pound. wow...paid waiting for the phone guess what they gave me an iPhone without FaceTime... clearly shown that is not an UK device. (checked with google and apple support)
call them up again waited 30 min for some one answer. they told me to return the phone the they will replace another one.i say ok fine make sure that it has FaceTime. after send wrote them an email clearly say i would only accept the colour jet black or gold. Before is out for delivery the Manager herself call me confirming they will send out the phone at the same time i told her again make sure is jet black or gold.she reply yes is gold.GUESS what i received a ROSE colour.... I'm sorry i clearly know that myself spoken English to you Ms Manager. ...GOLD/JET BLACK Not a ROSE. once i realise is rose i call back asked to speak to her...they say she is busy ok please tell her to call me back. waited till 13:15 call again asking for her-sorry she is not around.
