QMG cancelled my iPad order 6 December as they were "unable to fulfil my order" and then quoted a 14 working day timescale to refund my money.
As of 12 January, I have not received my refund nor have I had any further contact from them. I've sent chaser emails but received no response, not even an automated reply. There is no other way to contact them but email - the live chat is unavailable every time I visit their site and there is no contact phone number.
I unfortunately purchased via debit card rather than credit card and so I am looking into my options to get my money back.
*update - refund received 15 Jan. After submitting a chargeback claim via my bank and continuing to chase QMF via email, they eventually responded to FB messenger 13 Jan and promised to refund my money in 48 hours. After chasing again, after 48 hours, the refund took place that evening.
