I placed an order and paid but cancelled one day later and was told payment would be refunded 10-14 days. All seemed fine until 2 weeks later am told my phone is being dispatched. Absolutely no explanation as to why (1) refund wasn't (and still hasn't) been processed (2) phone was dispatched despite order being cancelled. Now have to collect phone to send it back and still have no refund. Never answer phone.

Can't recommend at all, avoid!
