I have had to date a very poor experience with the company and hope that an adverse review will help to resolve the issue. iPhone sent with a problem where it would not power on. A repair was identified to replace the battery and screen. A price for repair given but misquoted and took a while to resolve. On return a few days later same exact problem. Returned the phone and lost and behold a different diagnosis and additional cost requested. When challenged that this was the same fault and that the repair should be carried out at their cost, totally would not budge. have asked to speak to someone on this.

I have had a positive response following my post. Customer service have explained in detail the situation from their point of view and have acknowledged my concerns and considered the situation from my (customer's) viewpoint. We have agreed a way forward that is satisfactory to the both of us and I have as a result of discussion happy to revise my rating.
