Notice how all their positive reviews are exactly the same wording?

I ordered a pristine iPhone X, waited over two weeks for it to be dispatched and was in terrible condition with scratches and scuffs.

I requested a refund and received no response to multiple emails and unanswered calls. Eventually got a response and sent the phone back but was told I had to wait 30 days for a refund. 40 days later, still no refund. Thankfully, I paid via PayPal and raised the issue with them and they refunded me immediately.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They should be shut down!
