Wes Friedman is personable. He is honest and forthright. Someone who is soft spoken but a man of Integrity. He originally helped me purchase my home in Denver - and all these years later he also helped me to sell it. People will like the Porchlight experience. Someone comes in to tell you how to stage your property and someone else can even come in to clean it. Wes used to handle these extra's on his own. He is knowledgeable and always puts his clients first. If you have an issue or problem Wes will work with you to understand and resolve it. I cannot say enough good things about Wes. Anne is absolutely amazing! I refer to her as Wonder Woman with a magic wand. She gets things done! I've bought and sold a number of homes over the years and Anne is by far the best real estate agent I have every worked with.
I listed my house just as the market started to slow down in my area and Anne absolutely went above and beyond in every regard to get it sold. We weren't getting showings and she made a suggestion for a minor remodel. The house went under contract days after. There were inspection items that needed to be addressed - some simple and some potentially expensive. She has contractors she works with frequently who did great work at extremely reasonable prices - and she coordinated all of it which meant I didn't have to during my standard business work hours. When I thanked her effusively and repeatedly her response was always "That's my job."
Anne was 100% responsive throughout the process. Her expertise is beyond impressive, she communicates extremely well, she's a very effective negotiator, and she worked incredibly diligently to get my home sold. I know she has a number of other active clients, but she somehow always managed to make me feel like I was her primary focus.

I will start by saying this is the third move for my wife and I in the last 10 years. Most recently we were relocated to Denver for my job. Having a newborn and a 3 year old, balancing a new job responsibilities and relocating was a lot on our plate. Jessica found the time on short notice to meet with me when I was in Denver on business and worked around my schedule to grab an hour here or there to discuss what my wife and I were looking for, ask a lot of questions about our priorities not only in a home, but what we wanted in a neighborhood and a town to live in. Her local knowledge (she has always lived in and around the greater Denver area) was a huge plus for us as we knew very little about this area of the country. It was hectic and could have stressed us out, but Jessica made it a fun and positive experience.

I used Porchlight to represent me while purchasing in Boulder, CO. I originally picked Porchlight Real Estate Group through personal reference for somebody I trust and that has also purchased in Boulder, CO recently. Todd Gogulski represented me through this purchase. My experience lasted approximately four months from my first consultation to close. In that time, I looked at approximately fifteen properties and put an offer on two. I lost the first to a cash buyer through no fault of our own and almost lost my second due to pending libation, but ultimately closed. My point is you need somebody strong to represent you if phasing in a highly aggressive market. Todd was my buyer s agent and guided me through the process. I ve purchased three other properties before and worked with multiples agents in the past. Todd by far was the best. A few things that stood out and what I consider highlights. Communication: Todd is hands down the best communicator I ve worked with. He thoroughly explains every issue in detail, what my options are, and made sure I understood them. He is available pretty much 24/7 and we ve communicated on weekends, morning, and evenings. He s available all the time. Even when he s on vacation! He s proactive. I don t have to reach out to him, he reaches out to me. He works in real time and is proactive to any issues that come up. I had a lot of issues with my property so I know. He knows my wants and needs: This is the first time I ve ever purchased property where I didn t personally find the place I wanted. Todd was very good at anticipating what I wanted in a property. Probably even better than me! I m detail oriented and I know what I want so I m usually better than anybody at this. This is probably the biggest surprise in working with Todd. In fact, the place I ultimately closed on was a property he said I should look while I was on my way to the airport for work. It was a quick 15 minute viewing, but was extremely important to give the place a chance since it might have been off the market in a few days before I got back. I m glad I did. He always pointed out things on viewings that I may or may not want. Things that I don t even think about, but items he knew would have an impact on my decision. A few examples would be the parking situation, the HOA history of a place, storage, layout and floorplan, permitting on unfinished basements among other things. Knowledgeable of the Boulder market: Anybody that is purchasing in Boulder, CO or the surrounding areas better have representation that knows the geography, laws, sales trends, neighborhoods, rumors, etc. about this area and work very fast. Todd has been in this area a while and even though I ve lived here for almost 15 years before I purchased he was more familiar with the real estate landscape than I. I ve learned a lot from him. He also has the backing of Porchlight Real Estate Group which we leveraged several times. I can honestly say that if I haven t worked with Todd Gogulski I would have never closed my property. There was a few moments there where I almost lost the place. I would highly recommend Todd as a agent if you re purchasing in Boulder, CO or the surrounding markets.

We used one of their realtors and she was all about the money. Once the house closed we found mold, many issues with the inspection (which was her person she hired) and multiple problems with the house. The house was not livable and cost us over 15,000 dollars to repair not to mention two months. We put all the money we had on the down payment and were devastated to find all this information out. Of course did the realtor help, NOPE she got her money and that was all she cared about. TERRIBLE and no moral concern for their client. Their are better realtors in Denver by far.

My husband, Matt, and I moved to Platt Park in May 2019 and fell in love with the neighborhood. We love the walkability, the neighborhood feel, and the close proximity to parks, restaurants, and bars. We realized shortly after our move to Platt Park that we wanted to put down roots in the neighborhood and reached out to Dan in late-October to start the house hunting process.
We easily connected with Dan and began to grow our buyer-seller turned friendship relationship at our first home viewing. The home was not for us. In fact, at the time, we didn t have a great idea of what we were even looking for. Dan was extremely patient with us and took the time to read both our verbal and non-verbal cues to get a better sense of what we were looking for. With some preliminary ideas in mind, he quickly put together a market tour for us in the neighborhood for us to get a better sense of homes available in the neighborhood. He even included my parents (who were visiting from out of town) in the tour and made them feel comfortable, welcome, and included. This market tour proved extremely helpful to us and gave us a much better sense not only of what we were looking for but also what we could realistically purchase within our budget.
After a brief lull over the holidays, we reconnected in the new year, optimistic about our prospects. Although Dan learned of and took us to see several potentially promising options, none quite fit what we were looking for. Dan remained patient, optimistic, and encouraging, never pushing us to do something we were uncomfortable with.
Then, in mid-March, Dan received a response to one of nearly seventy letters that he personally sent out to potential sellers in our neighborhood letting them know of our interest in a home like theirs. Dan acted on this information immediately and was able to get us in to see the home that afternoon - before the home even went on the market! We fell in love with the home right away and after six months of searching and over twenty home viewings, we knew that we had found the house we wanted to call our home. We connected with Dan multiple times shortly after our home visit, and, with his guidance, made an offer on our dream home. It was accepted that night, and we went under contract without the home ever going on the market! As we proceeded with the home-buying process, Dan was there every step of the way, to answer our many questions and to provide us with fair guidance that considered our best interests.
We feel extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to undertake the house hunting process with Dan. Dan is a professional, through and through. We used Meghan Quiat-Loftspring to sell our condo. She was on top of everything. Working with Porchlight and Meghan Quiat-Loftspring is as good as it gets! She was on top of everything. She got us an immediate contract at a higher price than expected. She also had a backup plan in place, so when our first seller couldn't obtain a mortgage after all (though she was pre-approved!), Meghan had a second backup buyer who immediately went to contract It's when things go awry that you know you have a good realtor...or not. Mathew Speer expertise in the real estate market is excellent. I am a first time home buyer and was not very confident in the home buying process. In the competitive Colorado buyer s market, I wanted to work with someone who was professional, dependable, personal, Colorado native, and would give things to me straight. Nilmini was amazing! This was an unexpected, last-minute transaction that required prompt action on everything from getting our home staged and ready to be put on the market within a week, navigating the loan process, and dealing with a buyers side agent who was less than helpful. Nilmini did what I think an agent is supposed to do: provided us with the critical information and support we needed while buffering us from the stressful details that are just part of the buy-sell process but not things we needed to be stressed by. She was already scheduled to go on a family vacation halfway around the world and while she was gone she paired us with a professional and detail-oriented colleague who was able to take over the day-to-day issues, while Nilmini remained accessible to us for important matters.

Erin Talburt is professional, fun, and the best possible guide when it comes to buying a first home. Erin worked with me for weeks prior to submitting an offer--honing my tastes and encouraging me to not lose hope for what I want. (Hard in this market!!) After weeks of what felt like tireless searching (I was completely impressed with her dedication to my cause!), we found a good opportunity.
We were quickly under contract (thanks to Erin, I was able to sign while on a mountain bike ride!). Then the real work began and her skills became evident. Right off the bat she set me up with a lender who quickly outperformed all others. Then the house underperformed at the inspection AND at the appraisal which made for tough negotiating. We worked with a very patient Dudley Clark at Porchlight to find an older home near downtown Denver. Dudley is very knowledgeable about home, especially with things we wouldn't have thought about (which direction the backyard is facing, condition of the alley, etc).
