Coupar Lester was a fantastic real estate agent, and I highly recommend working with him and the PorchLight group. We found that Coupar was a great fit for us, and we appreciated his insight. Our house had an old well on the property, and Coupar went above and beyond, digging into the city/county archives to track down when the well was constructed, such that it was grandfathered in. I highly recommend working with Coupar--he got us into our first home (and on our first offer!) and made the process easy and smooth.
