Julie Wassell (and the team) at PorchLight were absolutely awesome! We interviewed Julie as one of three agents we were considering. We knew about Julie because she sold a house two doors down from us. After we met with her, we knew she was the best option.

She didn't disappoint! Julie, and the PorchLight team, arranged for staging, cleaning, pictures, and all the other things needed to get the house on the market. Then, once it was listed the house was under contract 10 days later! We were floored and amazed!

From the quality of the staging, the postings on the Internet, the laminated flyer attached to the sign, and all the other marketing stuff, the work they did was fantastic!
