And it was the right decision. Selling a home is complicated, sometimes emotionally exhausting process, so you really need someone who knows the process well. Julie's knowledge of the local market, the time of year I was listing my home, how to properly stage it, and how to advertise the home was a big help. But so was Julie's attention to detail, her availability to answer questions, and how she stayed in contact with me through the whole process via phone calls, emails and text messages.
