I am very unsatisfied with the way Nintendo of America handles situations. Almost a month ago, I found out my Nintendo Account had been banned because my boyfriend had bought me pokemon: sword from a website called G2A.com SIX MONTHS AGO and the seller he had bought it from apparently used a stolen credit card, so I contacted Nintendo about it and they told me everything I needed to send them to get my account unbanned, which I did. Now I have to be punished and live without my Switch or Nintendo account because of someone else's wrongdoing. I have called Nintendo a total of THREE times and have received nothing. It's now been a month and my boyfriend and I have already recieved a refund from the bank, but my account is still banned and Nintendo doesn't seem to be in any hurry to go through my, and other people's, case any time soon. This has got to be my worst experience with Nintendo and the fact that many other people have had similar experiences over the past couple of years is absolutely ridiculous!
Seems like you must know people here to get a tour/access to the premise. What makes this place great is how they offer high-end technologies to their employees. Fundamentally genuine good products done by a task force that really enjoy their work.
Business office building, not for tourists in any way. Guests must be escorted by a Nintendo employee at all times and be given a badge which must be visible at all times
You just can't beat Nintendo for customer service and satisfaction! My launch (2017) Nintendo Switch failed, and after some basic troubleshooting with an amazing representative (Thanks Stephanie!) she was able to help me setup a repair and explained the process and what to expect. While I can't send it in right away due to the current health situation across the world, I continue to feel confident assured that Nintendo always stands behind their products and their customers. Thanks again!
Now, I'm off to play Super Mario 64 and Tetrisphere!
It's Nintendo of America. This used to be the warehouse headquarters before it moved to northbend. Come check out that amazing street view in the autumn.
My friend and I were die hard fans. Came from South Carolina, and they wouldn't even give us a tour. Told us we could "Take a picture by the sign". So disappointed. It's no wonder Nintendo is dying.
