I have bought and sold a home using two different real estate agents and Katherine Prete at PorchLight was by far the best! Katherine was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel like I was her only client (although I know that wasn't the case). She was always quick to respond to all of my emails or texts with any questions I had. It is also obvious that she has a lot of experience with this quick-changing housing market in Denver.
