We worked with a very patient Dudley Clark at Porchlight to find an older home near downtown Denver. Dudley is very knowledgeable about home, especially with things we wouldn't have thought about (which direction the backyard is facing, condition of the alley, etc). He never wasted out time with homes that didn't fit our criteria and even showed us a few that we didn't know we liked until we toured them.
