We chose to use Kelly Kummer for the sale of our beloved home of 27 years. We couldn't have found someone better. We caught some bad luck trying to sell during the pandemic and having a couple flakey buyers but Kelly persevered through every hurdle. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, understanding, and thorough, but she went above and beyond multiple times throughout the process with her incredible creative problem solving and ability to double as a counselor with our emotional struggles of the ups and downs of the process.
This was no easy sale due to random bad luck but having Kelly by our side gave us more comfort than I thought possible. She is kind hearted and compassionate but can be a force to be reckoned with when needed. She is the most dynamite agent I've ever encountered and we couldn't feel more fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her.
We would highly recommend her and porchlight to anyone. This company provides more services to their clients than I've ever heard of. They treated us as if we were selling a 5 million dollar home. I've had the opportunity to work in different ways with a few other agents from porchlight as well, and as far as I can tell the whole company is compiled of people who are on a new level from what is expected in the field.
