I was fortunate enough to meet Anne Singleton, of Porch Light, by chance 14 years ago. Since we met, she is the only realtor we ever consult when we consider real estate sales or purchases. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things real estate, including pricing, market conditions, neighborhoods, contractors, design... really all of it. One of the most amazing things about Anne is her ability to work in the most challenging situations with grace and ease, always going the extra mile. She is patient, kind, and most importantly she is empathic. I have most recently worked with Anne to find my newest dream home, sell my current home, and off load an investment property. All being accomplished in 6 weeks during one of the craziest and most uncertain times in recent history. All of that said, we highly recommend you look for a realtor elsewhere because we don t like to share.
