My wife and I worked with Glenn Janda, of Porch Light Real Estate Group. We had a laundry list of "need-to-haves' and 'want-to-haves'. He listened to both of us, and after many house viewings over a few months we found our diamond in the rough. He was able to write an offer, organize and manage everything, get the inspected items we wanted corrected and he needed to stay on top of the many moving parts. We would never look for a new realtor after working with Glenn.
