My agent was Nikki Wiederaenders and she orchestrated the sale of my townhouse in Lakewood, CO. Her advice was spot on, from establishing the sales price, touch ups to the house before putting it on the market, staging with appropriate furniture, putting on a "market shine," and marketing with open houses and email blasts to other realtors to keep my house at the top of the available lists. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable about house repairs and where and who to go to for the best value. When I thanked her for going above and beyond to get my house to its closing, she modestly replied that she does those services for all her clients. Five stars to Nikki and to Porchlight.

We had a great experience working with both Joy and Carol from PorchLight in Boulder. Initially we worked with Joy who was very professional and knowledgeable about the unique aspects of real estate in Colorado. When we expanded our home search to neighborhoods Joy was not as familiar with, she connected us with Carol who had a wealth of knowledge about those neighborhoods. Although Joy and Carol are not officially a team, they worked together seamlessly and made our home buying experience a very pleasant one. Even when we encountered difficulties during some aspects of the closing process, they did a great job helping us deal with them and close on time. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home!

Art helped my Husband and I buy our first home a couple years ago he listened to what we wanted and we were able to find our perfect house for an amazing price. Fast forward a couple years our family has grown and what we thought was a perfect home turned into a crammed home. We knew it was time to sell our starter home and this time going in we knew exactly what we wanted. We made the call to Art cause how could we go to anyone else? As cliche as it sounds, it is hard to describe how incredible and flawless our experience was while working with Anne Singleton. She was our own personal Wonder Woman! My husband and I stepped into the relationship with Anne as our buyers agent after having a very unpleasant experience with our selling agent. It was astonishing how quickly she was able to convince us that buying a house does not in fact, have to suck. From day one, she was timely, set expectations, and made the process as carefree as possible for us. Each day we received a check in to remind us what was due or to just take the day off and relax. She exceeded every expectation we ever had and has set the bar high for other agents out there. She connected, she listened, and she delivered. Most importantly, we felt like she cared. I was very overwhelmed going into the home buying process and once we met Ben Ellefson I felt like we could totally do it. He explained everything in a way that we could easily understand and made us feel very comfortable and ready to go. His vast knowledge of the Denver area helped us narrow down the perfect area for us, and made touring houses exciting! He was honest and we could tell he truly wanted to help us find the perfect home. When we did, he made the process so easy and was always available for questions and support, even checking up on us after moving day. We absolutely recommend Ben; You will not be disappointed!

One of their realtors recently showed me one of her listings and asked all kinds of questions (will you be getting a loan, do you have a letter, do you need to sell a house, how much will you put down etc) and then she told me to get my own agent because she couldn't work with me. Basically she said that she gets all the info that she can on buyers to pass along to her sellers and then sends the buyers to another agent. I read about this practice on a real estate blog. It is one of the many games that agents play. I found it unethical and immoral and basically she wasted my time because I would have needed to bring another realtor to the home to show it to me. I was interested in the house but let it go because I was so appalled by her behavior. I see many 1 star ratings for this group and I would recommend going elsewhere to buy or sell your home. This behavior cost her sellers a possible contract and last I knew, the home was still listed.

When Amanda Sheppard said she would fight hard in my corner, I thought, yeah, yeah, that s what all agents say. But as we worked together, her unwavering commitment to me as a client became clear. With the rare cocktail of graceful tenacity, she was both incredibly fun to work with and a formidable adversary. In other words, she s a real estate ninja and you want her on your side, not your opponent s. I highly recommend her, unless I want to buy the house you re selling, in which case, hands off!

We were extremely pleased with service provided by PorchLight Realty (especially our agent, Missy Weingart!) in selling our home in suburban Littleton,CO. All deadlines and commitments were met or exceeded and all details were handled in very professional manner. Missy is a very personable and experienced realtor who offered guidance, suggestions and sources for other service providers who made the whole sales experience stress free. We would happily use Porchlight and Missy again if the need ever arises.

PorchLight is a great realty group. We bought our first house with Mike Smith in 2013 and were really happy with the experience. We recently sold and moved again and worked with Ben Ellefson and again had a great experience. Deb Ellis and her team at PorchLight were fantastic to work with! Deb gave us good advice on things to do before putting the house on the market. She worked with us patiently as our plans changed. The staging and photography were beyond excellent. We had two full price offers on the house almost immediately. Deb and her team were very thorough. Jessica Schmelzer was the best real estate agent to sell and buy our new home. The first time we met Jessica, we knew we were in good hands especially with her working with the renowned real estate agent Mark Eskanos and the Porchlight team! She lined up all the contractors for us to get the work completed from bush removal to front porch concrete repair. We were then ready for staging and ready to put our house in the market! We found the perfect home for us in 2 weeks. Jessica made sure we were making all the right choices. She listened and took notes of what we were looking for in a home. She was available to us almost 24 hours a day by phone, email and text! She would also come by our house to make sure the house was ready before our inspection, appraisal and walk through. Joy Castillo listed and sold my Park Hill row house. The whole process was easier than I could have imagined, and Joy was a pleasure to work with throughout. I was very happy with the listing price and with PorchLight's staging and marketing. Joy was assertive about letting potential buyers know they had competition and getting great offers. The house sold in 72 hours, I had a choice of buyers, everything went so smoothly that we closed a week early, and I got a great profit on my house.

We had such a great experience with Sandra for our second time around. She helped us with the purchase and sale of our first condo and yesterday she helped us close on our home. 7 months it took to build and 3 hours to close. But she did a great job and I don't think we'd use anyone else.

What can I say but WOW! JAY ROSSI with Porchlight really made it easy for me to buy my first home! He was always there when I had questions. His communication was outstanding and so was his attention to detail. He had really good advice and never influenced my decisions other than giving me the pros and cons. In a fast paced market like Denver a buyer has to react very quickly. Jay was amazing at pointing out both sides of the story. Gregg is not only my great friend, he is also the best real estate agent around. He genuinely cares about your wants/needs/desires when purchasing a home. At the time, we didn t really plan to purchase a new home, we just randomly started looking together. My wife and I fell in love with our new home that we didn t really think was possible. Gregg made it possible and easy to transition to selling our old home and getting us in to our new home with extra money in our pocket. My partner Lynne and I have been friends with Ben Ellefson for about a year prior to starting our home search. In all honesty, we were looking at a few realtors and ultimately decided to go with Ben. From the start we just knew that he 'got' us, understood what we were looking for, and would help us learn along the way.

Besides doing ALL of that, Ben was absolutely spectacular to work with. Ben not only worked us through the process, but he also encouraged us when we felt like we wouldn't find the right fit, calmed us when we were anxious, and finally, celebrated with us when we found 'the one.'

We couldn't be more thankful for the guidance Ben provided, but also for his true knowledge of the market. His intuition and know-how and invaluable -- especially with first-time buyers!

I was referred Dudley Clark about three years ago. At this point I was not sure when I was able to make my purchase. Dudley I must say is as professional as I can ask for. As someone who works in retail I have high expectations. Dudley had great knowledge of the different Denver Neighborhoods and always gave us a clear list of pros and cons of every property we looked at.

When we found a home (new build), Dudley was very good with the builders and represented me with passion and and vigor. He got the builder to fix the punch list provided. Dudley saw things that I would have missed since he has done so many walk throughs in his experience.

Tammy Morran is a true professional and made the sale of our home an absolutely stress-free experience. Working with Sandra was an amazing experience for my family (wife, infant, and dog). We moved across the country from Virginia with a very tight timetable and from the get-go Sandra was on top of things. Even before we asked, Sandra took it upon herself to go view properties on our behalf and took notes on each while sending them to us in Virginia. It really made long-distance searching easier.
When we finally made it out to view properties in person, we had 1.5 days and Sandra was able to line up 14 properties for us to view without any problems.
