Over the years we have used Stephen Taylor of Porchlight three times. If we ever need a real estate agent again, we'll be giving him a call again.

There is a reason we keep calling him back.. he does a great job. With his help we have bought two homes and sold one. When buying a home Stephen cares that his customers really loves the property, and is patient with picky buyers like us. When we sold our home, Stephen and Porchlight were great resources on how to make the home ready to sale. They marketed it well, and when people were interested we relied on Stephen's judgement when negotiating.
