I had a fabulous experience with Porch Light and Trish Mitchell! As a first time home buyer she spent lots of time explaining the process to me and was patient with my inexperience. She walked me through the entire process and was a wonderful advocate on my behalf. I was able to buy a beautiful condo and beat out multiple other offers not by offering thousands over the asking price, but by learning how to negotiate what pieces and which ones to let go.
